365 Day Guarantee
At SPACESKULLPIXIE, we offer a 365-day guarantee for any issues related to craftsmanship or materials. If your piece shows any faults, we will assist with a repair or replacement.
This does not cover damage caused by regular wear such as scratches, bending, or improper handling and storage.
Proof of purchase, such as your receipt, order number, or email used at checkout, is required to proceed.
If the item cannot be repaired, you may opt for a replacement or receive store credit equivalent to your original purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
SPACESKULLPIXIE accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

The item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is provided (receipt, order number, or purchase email).
Eligible pieces may be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal or higher value.

Refunds
We’ll let you know as soon as your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, the full amount of your order will be returned. Please note refunds can only be processed within 180 days of purchase.
