Where are your products made?
- Each SPACESKULLPIXIE piece is designed and handcrafted locally in the Philippines, supporting local artisans.
How should I care for my jewelry?
- Wear your pearls at least semi-often! Pearls were originally born in water and benefit from absorbing the natural oils your skin produces throughout the day.
- Gently wipe pearls and metals with a soft cloth to remove sweat, perfume, excess oils, or dirt before storing.
- When not in use, store your jewelry in its pouch, soft cloth, or linen to keep it safe and looking its best.
Does your jewelry tarnish?
- Our silver-toned stainless steel pieces are naturally tarnish-resistant and maintain their bright, polished look with minimal care. They are also safe to wear while swimming, so you can enjoy them in and out of the water.
- Our stainless steel gold jewelry is highly resistant to tarnishing, and with a little care, like wiping dry before storing, you can keep its shine looking new for years.
What is under the 365 day guarantee?
- We stand by the quality of your SPACESKULLPIXIE jewelry and offer repair or replacement for any damage to the materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear, such as scratches, bent metals, or damage from improper use. For full details, see our Refund Policy page.
How can I book a bespoke jewelry appointment?

Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, For international orders, please email us at hello@spaceskullpixie.com or message us on Instagram @spaceskullpixie with the items you’d like to order (names or photos), along with your country and city so we can provide the shipping cost.
- We ship via FedEx, offering reliable global delivery. Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days within Asia and 5–7 business days to other parts of the world.
- Payment for international orders is accepted via PayPal only.
Where are you located?
- All orders are sent from SPACESKULLPIXIE’s warehouse in Bacoor City, Cavite, Philippines.
Do you have a physical store?
- We don’t have a physical store at the moment, but you can conveniently browse and shop our full collection on our website. You can also catch us at pop-up events, with updates shared through our newsletter and Instagram stories and posts.
What are your payment methods?
- We accept all major credit cards, which can be used by selecting PayPal at checkout. Your payment is fully secured, and all personal and financial information is encrypted. SPACESKULLPIXIE does not store any of your credit card details. For Bank Transfer/Deposit or GCash payments, please select PayMongo at checkout, which also ensures a safe and encrypted transaction.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
- After placing your order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. Another email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Can I make changes to my order or change my address?
- If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us at hello@spaceskullpixie.com.
How much is your shipping fee?
- Enjoy free shipping on all orders of P3,500 and above. Shipping fee for orders under P3,500 will be calculated at checkout.
When will you ship my order?
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days once payment has been processed. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and will ship within 1–3 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery within Metro Manila and 7–10 business days for provincial areas.
Do you offer same day delivery?
- If you’d like same-day delivery, kindly send us a message on Instagram @spaceskullpixie, including a screenshot of your order confirmation and your order number, and we’ll confirm if it can be arranged.
- For orders requesting same-day delivery, shipping costs will be calculated when the delivery is arranged via Lalamove.
Do you offer gift packaging?
- Gift wrapping is available for purchase. Search “Satin Gift Wrap” on our website to add it to your order.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my item?
- If your order arrives with any issues, please share a photo with us at hello@spaceskullpixie.com. We aim to reply promptly. Returns for style or size preference must be within 30 days, and items must be clean and undamaged for store credit.
