Description
Gift boxes are sold separately from the items you order. While each gift box generally holds one item, there are flexible packing options available. To ensure all your items are individually packaged, please purchase a gift box for each item or select according to the packing options below.

 

  • One Box Per Item: Typically, each gift box will contain one item. However, depending on the type of items you order, a single box can accommodate:
    • 2 earrings
    • 2 bracelets
    • 1 necklace
    • 1 pair of earrings and 1 necklace
    • 1 bracelet and 1 necklace
  • Size of Each Gift Box: 4x4 inches
  • Multiple Items: If you have multiple items and want each one packed separately, please purchase a corresponding number of gift boxes. For example, if you order five items and want each one in its own box, you will need to buy five gift boxes.
Delivery & Shipping
Our pieces are handmade, parcels are usually picked up/dropped off around 2-3 days from the day of order for shipping excluding weekends. Delivery lead time is (1-2) days in NCR, (5-6) days in Luzon and (7-8) days in Viz/Min. Please note that any delay/mishandling during in-transit is already beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellation:
Unless you cancel your order before shipment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SpaceSkullPixie will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.

 

Refund:
Each piece is handmade and made to order and leaves in perfect condition. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund.
 
Replacement & Exchanges:
For defective or damaged packages, please email us at hellospacekullpixie@gmail.com with images of the defective pieces/package, within 5 days of receipt, and we will be glad to assist and send a replacement if necessary. We offer exchanges for store credits or another piece of merchandise of similar value—no refunds.
 
We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace or fix anything beyond 7 days upon receipt of your jewelry as it would be considered worn/used at that point. For international orders, all shipping costs related to returns will be borne by the customer. For domestic orders, customers are responsible for sending back the package to our Philippine location. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages upon delivery.
 
Items exempt from the exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:
  • Custom or personalized orders (including shortening of length and modified designs)
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

 

Please note: Replacement and exchange warranty is voided if the jewelry has been altered and modified, damaged by accident, misused, or has discoloration caused by foreign substances.
