After use, gently wipe the pearls and metals with a soft cloth to remove any sweat, perfume, or dirt. Store in the provided pouch, soft cloth, or linen to keep them safe and protected.

Each piece is handcrafted using natural materials, making no two identical. Slight variations enhance the uniqueness of every design.

Our handmade pieces are typically shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns & Exchanges

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, the order is considered final.

Refunds

• All pieces are handmade and made to order, ensuring they leave in perfect condition. As a result, we do not offer refunds.

Replacements & Exchanges

• For defective or damaged items, email hellospaceskullpixie@gmail.com with images within 5 days of receipt for assistance. If necessary, we will provide a replacement.

• Exchanges are available for store credit or another item of similar value—no refunds.

• We cannot replace or repair items beyond 7 days of receipt, as they will be considered worn/used.

• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages upon delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

The replacement and exchange policy is void if the jewelry has been:

• Altered or modified

• Damaged due to accidents or misuse

• Discolored due to exposure to foreign substances
